5. Terminologies and third-party content

5.1 SNOMED CT®

The FHIR gateway resolves clinical codes into French against the Serveur Multi-Terminologies operated by the Agence du Numérique en Santé (ANS).

The demonstrator is made available free of charge to the French public, for exploring and evaluating the terminology. It does not allow any substantial part of the terminology to be extracted: it resolves the codes present in the demonstration records, one record at a time.

The French translations result from the work of the French Translation Collaboration Group led by SNOMED International. The ANS does not guarantee their accuracy and accepts no liability for errors.

5.2 Publications of the Haute Autorité de Santé

The excerpts cited by the sourced search and by the FHIR gateway come from the publications of the Haute Autorité de Santé (French National Authority for Health), released under Etalab Open Licence 2.0. Attribution: Haute Autorité de Santé. The HAS is in no way associated with this site, nor with the processing applied here to its publications.

5.3 Patient data

The records shown are synthetic, taken from public sandboxes and derived from the Synthea generator. They correspond to no real person.

HL7® and FHIR® are registered trademarks of Health Level Seven International. Their use on this site is descriptive and implies no endorsement by HL7 International.

6. Personal data (GDPR)

Data collected and purposes:

• Contact form (name, email, message): to respond to your request.
• Audit form (GitHub username, email): to generate your audit report and send it to you by email.

Legal basis: the publisher’s legitimate interest in handling your request (Article 6.1.f of the GDPR), and where applicable the performance of pre-contractual measures.

Recipients and processors: your data is neither sold nor transferred. It is processed only by the necessary technical providers: OVH (hosting and email delivery) and Mistral AI (automated analysis of the audited public code, and drafting of the sourced search summaries). No transfer is made outside the European Union.

Demonstrators: the sourced search and the FHIR gateway collect no personal data. They run on synthetic data and require no identification. Your IP address is held in memory for the duration of the rate-limiting window only, with no durable record.

Retention period: messages and contact details are kept for a maximum of 3 years from our last exchange, then deleted.

Your rights: you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the data concerning you. To exercise these rights, or for any question about your data, write to contact@lamoulinette.ai. No Data Protection Officer (DPO) has been appointed.

Complaint: you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL, www.cnil.fr).

7. Cookies and audience measurement

This site sets no advertising cookies or third-party tracking. Only items strictly necessary for its operation may be used.

The FHIR gateway sets a session cookie when you start a SMART on FHIR authorization flow. It is strictly necessary: it identifies the server-side session where the access token stays — your browser never carries it. It expires after one hour, allows no tracking, and therefore requires no consent.

Traffic is measured with Matomo, a self-hosted analytics solution running on our own servers (OVH, France). This measurement is performed without cookies and with IP-address anonymization; it allows no cross-site tracking and no data is shared with third parties. Configured this way, it meets the CNIL’s conditions for exemption from consent: no banner is required (Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act).

8. Liability

The publisher strives to ensure the accuracy of the information published on the site, but cannot guarantee its completeness. The publisher cannot be held liable for errors, for any unavailability of information, or for the presence of viruses on the site.

The demonstrators made available on this site are personal research projects running on synthetic data. They are neither medical devices nor tools to support diagnosis or treatment decisions, and must not be used in a care setting.
