FHIR patient context and sourced document search
A patient record in FHIR R4 format. Its coded problems, resolved into French against the French national terminology server, then a question put to the HAS corpus — where every sentence cites the excerpt that grounds it.

No publicly open FHIR server is responding right now — measured when the service started. The demonstration therefore runs on five recorded synthetic records, each carrying one condition from the scope.
